Who is this for?
This is a great option for ages 2-7 years old, and groups with multiple kids attending. Activities will be structured according to age and party theme. Keep in mind that younger participants will require more adult assistance, so plan for a few parent helpers during activities.
What is included?
Your package includes private use of The Play Cafe for 2 hours, PLUS the following for up to 10 kids:

3 Sensory stations that are themed and age appropriate OR 1 sensory station + 1 potion party activity
1 painting activity (birthday banner or cardboard cake)
1 crafting activity that is themed and age appropriate​
One instructor for 2 hours (provides set-up, guiding children through activities, and clean-up)
Special take-home gift for the birthday child
Party favours can be added for $10 each
What is the cost?
Party packages for sensory and art play start at $195. This is in addition to The Play Cafe private rental fee for 2 hours ($235 as of Jan 2023).
How do I book and pay?
We utilise the booking system for The Play Cafe to ensure that the space is available. When you book, select the box to include the Grasp Kits Party Package. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours to confirm details and activities, and invoice the $50 non-refundable booking deposit. The remainder of the balance is payable by Visa, Mastercard,or debit on the day of the event.
What if we have to cancel?
In the event that you need to cancel, your fees will be refunded, minus a $50 admin fee. Any bookings that may need to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness) can be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability.
